Constantly! CE Credits ongoing for my Certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer. Being A (National Physique Committee) NPC Judge, I Am Constantly Around The Latest The Fitness Industry Has To Offer, Latest Training Techniques & Cutting Edge Nutritional Information. Also being a 6 Sport Official, I am always keeping up with the latest information available so that I can help everyone achieve their personal best!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Cousin Was Mr. America Who Was Trained By Mr. World Way Back In The Early 1980's & I Just Grew From There.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Helping a person to attain their personal best through attainment of their Fitness Goals. In doing so, they repeatedly tell me that this generates into other areas of their lives, as well.
