This is the coaching session you never knew you needed, but do not want to live without! I am me coaching takes a personalized approach, using therapeutic techniques, to assist you identifying and finding practical solutions to life's concerns. I have participated in group sessions, sister circles and individual sessions and I left each one reevaluating my circumstances, feeling relieved about my accomplishments and with an overall sense of gratefulness. This spring I even organized a group session for my birthday to share with others. It was full of tears, laughter, and support as the coach facilitated hopeful and transparent conversations among friends. Everyone who participated loved it and I knew they would! It has been such a blessing to have this life coach and leave each session with a sense of weight lifted off my shoulders!

I liked being able to talk through things. I liked the accountability aspect. I was held to a standard of monitoring my time, reminding myself of various points by making sticky notes and posting them, and reading/listening to various things about living out loud. I really loved getting book and audio suggestions! Before coaching I was lost and alone not sure what to do with my life since my parents had both died and my son went off to college. I was asking myself ‘what now?’. I wasn’t sure what my purpose was anymore because I had no one left to care for. Working with Kim has shown me that I’m more than a mother or a daughter, I am important and I have purpose. She encouraged me to live! Enjoy life and don’t apologize for it. If You’re considering using Kim, do it! Just one conversation can make the difference.

Kim has been a wonderful coach for me. I was going through a very tough time in my marriage and realized it was my own personal issues that were causing it. Kim helped me to find those with the processes she used and listened to me and deciphered what I could not see. She is an amazing coach and she stays in touch even after. We have done group sessions to chat, do some projects, share thoughts and feelings. You will never be sorry you chose I Am Me Lifecoaching.

I offer packages that can be paid in full for a discounted price, as well as a monthly payment option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can begin your journey towards a balanced life by scheduling your first free call on my website. On this call you get to experience what it's like to work with me and leave with some resources and tools for your wellness toolkit. Following the consultation call, if both of us feel it will be a good fit, you will receive an agreement packet and pay your investment in full or your first monthly payment. You will then receive a welcome packet and schedule your 90 minute welcome session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
