- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonably priced compared to the market rates. However we will work with customers with a desired budget, if we can’t get it done in that price range we will communicate what we can get done for the desired budget. If we can’t come to an agreement regarding the price, that is no problem it’s all apart of business. No fees will be charged for estimates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get the customers information (name and address). I then will schedule a time to look at the project .I usually like the customer to be there so there is minimal confusion about what is wanted and desired. While being at the property I will take pictures and measurements needed and will have a quote ready usually within 3 days. If my quote is accepted we will schedule a time to get the project done and move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for only 3 full years, but I have worked with bigger companies before where I was trained on how to do certain projects correctly. I never stop educating myself on projects and tasks as well and have others on hand to help with any projects that I may need assistance with.
