FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love the outdoors and climbing and trees. So this is a perfect fit for me. It keeps me in shape and to me, it is fun to do. I love my job!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the person you are hiring has the experience to do the job! And that they carry liability insurance! If so, their Insurance Agent will be able to fax or email you a copy with your name listed as the customer! And never, never, never give money up front! If they are a reputable Tree Service, they will tell you that payment will be accepted at time of completion of the job! If it is a dangerous tree that could cause damage to your home, it is a good idea to ask for references and check them out yourself! If they have done dangerous removals they should be able to supply you with as many references as you like! Another good idea is to check them out through the local Better Business Bureau. If they are reputable, than they are a Member! God Bless! Preacher...
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Tree trimming and removals are very, very dangerous. And should be left up to professionals that know what they are doing. I've had many a person call me to come finish a tree that they started on and were injured trying to do it. Most lost a great amount of time off from work and after figuring the loss of income, had wished they'd of called me in the first place. Don't wrestle an Alligator if you don't know how!
