Beware. He not only does a bad job but when asked to fix the problem be poured something back onto the carpet in two areas of our house doing damage to both the carpet and pad. negative stars if possible.

beware. he will do a poor job and when requested to do correctly he pours the dirty sludge from his machine on your carpet and leaves it to destroy your property.
