I would not recommend this servicer to anyone. They had to reschedule my appointment, which was not a big deal since things happen. The following appointment they rescheduled me again for an hour and a half later only MINUTES before my appointment time. They then did not show up until an hour after that. They claim that rescheduling the second time on the second day was due to their car breaking down which is also understandable. When they finally showed up, the husband was rude. The first thing he said to me was "women are crazy" and gestured to his wife. When they are talking amongst themselves about who is going to do what first I hear the husband say "I don't care I just want to get out of here". Even though I ordered a deep clean, laundry, and two rooms, I only had them do one room and they never did the laundry or even asked about it. I was told this was 90$ per room but I was charged 160$. When it came to the cleaning, I was thoroughly not impressed. I reiterated that I wanted the deep clean and for everything to be dusted however practically nothing was dusted. I do not mean harm with this review as it seems that the husband is not there usually and only came because of the care troubles, but I feel there should be some responsibility towards the customer for providing the service that was paid for.

I do charge a $25 gas fee ,outside city limits. My 2 bds start at 100, that's basic cleaning wiping everything down, sweep, mop, vacuumed, ECT. My 3 bds start at $150,... Anything extra we can work out ..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 yrs experience, worked in hospitals,offices,churches,schools,apts..ect
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Love to clean ...was a nurses aid and housekeeping so those two were my first job I enjoyed ..
