- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is done based on the service being provided. -Residential Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning-based on the number of areas/pieces being cleaned. We have found that this works best in order to please all of our customers as well as to ensure that our employees are paid and all expenses are covered. Our rates may be slightly higher than some of our competitors, however, you can have peace of mind knowing that you, our clients AND our employees are ALWAYS well taken care of and you are supporting a small family owned business in your community!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the initial contact, whether through phone or email, we will treat you as we would our friends and family. In the beginning, we listen to the job details, ask questions to ensure that both parties are on the same page and do our best to accommodate your availability. While this can't always be done, our clients are understanding are pleased with the end results. While at your home, Stacy and I will ensure that your flooring or upholstery is cleaned in a timely manner. If there are any issues such as a stain/odor that won't budge or a fabric that we can't clean, it will be addressed immediately. We hope that at the end of our appointment, you will be thinking about when to have us back for your next cleaning! The vast majority of our clients have come from word of mouth referrals and we build long lasting relationships with each and every one!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stacy has over 20 years of experience in the carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning industry. He has attended certification courses in Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation. He is certified by the IICRC. Stacy is sure to always be learning as time goes by so that he is aware of any new information related to this area of work.
