James worked on my computer for about 5+ hours because I had a really hidden virus, and this morning my computer is working like a dream! I had forgotten what a fast computer worked like! James was very professional, and he would call me throughout the process to update me on his progress. I couldn't be more grateful!

I was very pleased with their service. I can only speak for James Since he was the one who helped me. He called back when he said he would and didn't stop till it was fixed. The most impressive thing was he started late on a Friday night and helped me thru the login process. I will send my friends and family to him when problems occur.
