- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing should not be complicated. We offer up front pricing with out the "What is your budget". We believe our clients are intelligent people who know what they want and how to allocate their budget. We do not use "salesman" tactics and there are no fees(travel fee, set up or striking fee, or inflate pricing due to the nature of your event). So give us a call or check out our website where we post our pricing! We would be happy to visit with you on which package best meets your needs or you can choose any service ala carte.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not shop solely on price. Just because someone is expensive does not ensure quality, and a budget DJ may have a low fee due to lack of experience. Visit with service professionals to ensure you are getting the quality and experience you are expecting.
