Rex was on time and was very polite and professional. And what I needed was somebody very reasonably priced as I was doing a expensive move out if state. He was just that and hauled off all my stuff I needed to purge to lighten my load. Highly Recommended.

Mr. Miller showed up on time. That in itself is amazing. After looking over the issue he offered several suggestions on how he could fix the issue and ended up saving me $100 dollars. He worked diligently for about 4 hours, even on the hottest day of the summer. Mr. Miller was quick, polite and exceedingly professional. I would absolutely recommend Lightning Property Maintenance for anyone needing work done!

Rex replaced boards on my chimney, basically the entire chimney! He also made some repairs on other areas in need. He did this in a timely manner and in some serious heat. He worked long hours to get the job done as quickly as possible. He is very professional as well as polite.

Rex showed up on time, and was not only very nice but quite professional as well. Mu Husband had already tried to install the new dishwasher we purchased, so I had Rex make sure that all tubes and hoses were hooked up correctly, as I was scared that water would shoot out and ruin my kitchen floors. He was at my home for about an hour, and told me that since my Husband had done most of the work, he would not charge, I told him that I was absolutely going to pay him the amount we had agreed upon since he did quite a bit of diagnostic work, Once hooked up my new DW was not running the way it needed to be, and Rex called a friend of his that is an appliance repairman and I thought that was very nice. I would definitely recommend hiring Rex, and I do plan of referring him to any of my friends that need some work down around their home
