Great place and I will be returning. Place is very nice and the massage was awesome! I know anyone can leave a bad review just because they can but I want this place to be a five star because they are great! Owner is so charming! The place is so nice the upstairs is very nice. They have great deals and honor prices. My kinda place.

The owner is so un-professional! We waiting for 40 minutes with no communication, while in waiting room we over heard her and her employees talking about getting men "fixed" and who was good tippers and who wasn't! When after 40 minutes of waiting we mentioned it to the owner and she started berating her employees all the way down the hall and up the stairs- it was so uncomfortable for us as customers. The room was super dusty all around the floor boards like it hadn't been swept in months. When my husband put his face in the rest the towel smelled really strong of cigarette smoke and he mentioned it but no one changed it. After the massage the owner asked how it was and I shared that we would never be back and that honestly I don't want to pay for such a bad experience. She started yelling at me that she would call the police and it was fraud. I never said I wouldn't pay, I actually already had my card in my hand, was just saying it was not an experience worth paying for. She started calling me rude and that I was showing my tail??? (Don't even know what that means) but the way she was yelling and looking at me I can only guess it wasn't good. Needless to say, this owner needs to take some customer service courses to listen to and respond to the customer appropriately. She is selling an experience and when ours was so bad she could have done a lot to have made it right for the customer. Every part of our bad experience were things in her control she could have fixed. Was the $77 she threatened me over worth all the people I will now tell about this awful treatment by her? If I was the owner and I made people wait that long, poorly communicated with, made to feel uncomfortable, put in dirty room with cigarette smells- I would sincerely apologize, fix it and ask the customer to try my business again rather than threaten the customer.

This is the worst spa! The staff are uneducated girls who have never been to massage therapy school! They give facials when they have no training! How on earth she gets away with this is beyond me! The beds are faulty! The owner is disrespectful and rude! I suggest you go for a massage elsewhere!

This was the worst massage experience of my life. I cannot share the details because of how terrible it was but I still felt it necessary to caution everyone else. Do NOT go here. Petra, the owner, does not do anything to make her customers happy, and refused to refund any of my money after my awful experience. She says that she gets complaints frequently and cannot refund money to anyone because if she did "she would be out of business". Fair warning.... Go somewhere else!

I am so sorry Sarah if you get a service we can not refund your money. You misunderstood what I said. I said that not every massage therapist is for every client. It doesnt make me a bad business owner to exspect if you get a service that you pay for it. If you are not happy we try to learn from clients that dont like the massage and make adjustments. If you communicate with your therapist about the pressure we can fix it during massage. I always listen to my customers and I have alot of happy clients and a few like you that no matter what we do it just isnt enough. We dont refund money thats wrong we gave you a massage. If you didnt like it we could refer you to another therapist. But nothing is for free.
