Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Helping customers buy or sell a home is the most common type of job I do. I also offer property management services which allows home owners to own rental properties without having to be a "landlord".

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Believe it or not, I would say shop around. There are a lot of good Realtors out there and it is important to find the one you feel the most comfortable with.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I believe that my industry is a service industry. I believe that I am here to help others and will do so to the best of my ability.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The customers are my favorite part of my job. As a Realtor, I am blessed to be able to assist people with one the largest decisions they will make in like which is purchasing a home. It's a great job.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can't I do it myself? Maybe if you have time. I am a full time Realtor and will be dedicated to helping you sell your home or purchase one. It takes a lot of burden off of you knowing that you have someone in your corner working to make sure you get what you need.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Every Realtor is different. We work in different ways, we advertise in different ways and one may have an advertising/communication plan that another does not. You should interview more than one Realtor before making a decision on who to go with.
