Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Buyers need to consider visiting a mortgage professional. In today’s market, Sellers are wanting Pre Qualified Letters of approval from lenders. This says I am serious about buying, I have started the process, and shows the Sellers that the Buyer indeed has passed the first phase of purchasing a home with a lender.

It is best to visit several lenders and find one that works for you. One thing that comes to mind is that you want a lender or broker who is going to answer the phone or return your calls, so that is the first thing to consider. Is this professional accessible. Secondly, How much are you going to pay for their services. Next What are the terms going to be? What is the interest rate?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The happy and exciting feeling everyone has when the transaction is completed and everyone is happy and excited. Making Dreams of home ownership come true for the first time home buyer, and Starting a new chapter in life, when an experience Home Buyer purchases a new home. It is an exciting business making real estate dreams come true.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How is the real estate market doing?

I tell them of our most recent transaction, which today is a Seller wanted to sell their investment property. They want to use the money to build them a new home. We are closing today in this tuff market which is doing just fine. They are going to list their current home with us, and we will sell it, when they move into the new home they will build.

A couple from California wanted to move to Oklahoma City. We assisted them with the purchase of some land.
