- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate services are always negotiable. There is never a standard for real estate services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations via phone, text messages and emails. We listen to their story and determine their real estate needs. We gather information and translate needs and goals into a plan of action to reach their real estate goals. We work the plan until we reach their goal of owning real estate. Accomplishing several goals one being, home ownership, two in buying real estate, we assist in building our clients personal profolio of wealth via real estate. Not always, but generally, in purchasing real estate, a property buyer will add to their net worth.

Phill: MBA, MA, Real Estate License, REALTOR, A member of the MLS system. Theresa: Real Estate License, self taught in many areas to assist in marketing real estate using the internet and many tools to assist in buying and selling real estate. Website tools, SEO, tons of tools to promote website and listings.
