Inspectors received certified training through American Home Inspection Training Institute, successfully passed the National Home Inspectors Exam and met required state requirements in Oklahoma. We are also covered with $1 million damage liability insurance.

We build trust with home buyers or sellers to help them make informed decisions. Our home inspections typically range from 3 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the house, and you are invited to follow along with your inspectors as they perform their inspection.

When the inspection is over, your inspector will prepare a detailed inspection report regarding the property and deliver it on-site or within hours after the inspection. Delivery of the report on-site requires additional time on-site to complete the report.

A. Most common job is general home inspection which includes:

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Hire a licensed inspector. Oklahoma has a state law that requires all inspectors meet minimum requirements and to be licensed through the state board for home inspectors.

Action Plus Home Inspections has been through various training courses, taken and passed the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE) and maintains a $1M Liability Insurance.

A. Why Do I Need A Home Inspection?

The purchase of a home is the largest single investment you will ever make. Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My dad was always in the construction industry building homes, so you could say I was raised knowing how a good house is built.

I like the interaction between my clients and myself and enjoy providing a service I know will help them make a good sound decision on the biggest purchase they will make in their life.

A. Customer Service and focus on the details.

I always treat each client as if I was inspecting their home as if I was going to purchase it myself. That drives me to focus on the details of the condition of the home and ensure each client knows the present condition of the property they are preparing to purchase,
