I have appraised in several counties in Oklahoma and in a few counties in Arkansas. I have appraised in Dallas Texas. I have had an Arkansas license. In Texas, it was more advisory than official. In spite of the current thinking that an appraiser's territory is 25 miles around his home, my training was, given taught methodology, I could appraise anywhere in the world. Some of my friends have actually had that experience. I offer service to all 66 counties of Oklahoma.
