We hired this company for our move to Texas from Oklahoma. Their quote was competitive; they were available for our timeframe, and we thought we knew the owner personally. They called the morning of the move asking if they could come in the afternoon as they had another job they could do that morning. I was being flexible and felt well-prepared so I agreed. What I didn't know was that the truck size they rented was going to be too small to fit our household items. The owner of the company, Haskell Justice came and did the walkthrough before the truck was reserved. Loading was done quickly and maximizing space. They didn't tell me that everything wasn't going to fit until 6:30pm - too late to go get a trailer to tow behind the truck. The truck was expected in Texas the next day, and if they had waited til the next morning to load the rest, they couldn't make their flight back to Oklahoma. Then the owner had a family issue and had to leave town so he couldn't get a second truck or handle the issue until Sunday. The plan that was come up with was that he or another person with Fast Track Moving would leave with the rest on Sunday, arriving on Monday. That changed to Tuesday, and now never. They wanted to charge us an additional $1200 for the rest of our stuff - not accepting any responsibility for the mess or for the fact that they quoted the total move, not most of the move. In fact, they came back with my approval of their late arrival as making this all my fault!! I'm not a moving expert; I didn't pick the truck size! After we refused to pay that much more, they said they would pick up our remaining items and transport it to a storage location. They never showed up, never picked it up, never delivered it and stopped responding to repeated text and phone calls. In addition to all this mess, there was a piece of furniture broken and they would not respond to our request for claim process. We thought this would be a great opportunity to ease the worry of having strangers help load our belongings and support a local business. WOW, we've never been more wrong. Please get everything in writing and clear - I never even got my contract paperwork. We're now in Texas and part of our stuff is still in Oklahoma.

This particular customer I knew personally and had given her a deep discount for the move. The price I gave her included a 26ft truck load/unload/transport. We spent 6 hours just loading trying to take our time knowing it would be a tight fit. We had the truck loaded completely full with no wasted space. Initially she had informed me they were selling a lot of things that was still there on the day of the move. We did everything to make her happy and was LESS than a half of shed left with items. I agreed to rent a trailer and make a run to Houston personally just for the cost of the expenses. She wanted it for free which I was no going to do after already doing everything possible to make her happy.

I would recommend that company to use for moving. They were on time,very friendly and very professional. Haskell was on very helpful with getting the right size boxes was very helpful with everything. Haskell made sure that the move went right. I would deffinatly use fast track movers again. Thank you Haskell job well done.😂

It was just ok. Haskell and his team were flexible and helpful at the pickup location in OKC. They even helped remedy a situation where the keys to our storage unit had been lost. They were, however, a few hours late which was a pain for the person meeting them at the storage space. Upon moving our stuff to Portland, OR, Haskell called and wanted to deliver 24 hours earlier than originally agreed to because they were going to miss their flight back to OK. This was a problem because we did not yet have possession of our house. Haskell did arrange for exchanging the moving truck with another portland based moving company who ultimately delivered the stuff. Haskell did a good job thinking on his toes, but the planning was very poor and caused more headaches than were needed
