Introduction: I photograph with film photography which has the best quality of color but also offer digital photography packages for those on a budget. Not everyone can tell the difference in film and digital photography. You can compare both forms of photography by looking through my blog. I use natural light 99% of the time. I may use on camera flash when the lighting or desired look calls for it. Wedding days go by fast so the way I go about capturing weddings with the use of natural light in a documentary style saves everyone time. I began photographing with film in 2006 and creating short films in 2015. I take a similar approach to videography as use natural light and focus on the real candid moments most. All my weddings include all digital downloads. Photography packages include all digital downloads of images in full resolution for making prints and all video packages include select raw footage with a highlight video. This is hard to explain without sounding really cheesy. I love the entire lifestyle of what I do. I love traveling, outdoor adventures, meeting new people and always having a camera with me. I enjoy being able to capture the memories for others in a truthful and beautiful way. I wrote in my senior year book of 2008 my dream career was to travel the world as a successful photographer. I have old VHS tapes of me claiming I would be a photographer someday when I was younger than 10 and multiple scenes of getting in trouble for "playing" with the cameras. Film was expensive and still is the way I shoot it, so my dad always had to hide the family cameras. In 2006 I took my first film class and found... serenity. I can capture moments in time and save them for my future generations with photography or I can film my loved ones and always be able to experience hearing their voices and seeing their mannerisms even when they're gone. Old films and photographs are my most cherished belongings.
