Introduction: My name is North and I’m the owner and general contractor for Greater Tulsa Renovations. I have over 25 years experience doing building and home maintenance. I grew up working alongside my father doing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, demolition work, and roofing. I graduated from job corps, where I studied carpentry, basic electrical as well as building and apartment maintenance. When working on projects I'm professional, prompt, and take feedback and instructions well. I'm also meticulous and fast at executing tasks. North did a great job rehabbing the part of my fence that had blown down in the “Father’s Day” storm a few weeks ago. I had a hard time deciding whether to replace the whole side of the fence or salvage and reconstruct it. I’m so glad that I decided to go with the latter! North was wonderful to work with even though he endured extremely hot and humid weather. He was professional yet friendly and completed the job in a very timely manner. I am very impressed with how well the fence turned out! It actually looks better now than it did before it was blown down!! It is very sturdy and I’m sure it will hold up for years to come. I will definitely call on him again when I need handyman work to be done.

We recently had a slab leak and were left with multiple holes/access areas for the plumbing lines in the house, which needed to be methodically covered and sealed. The areas were odd sized and difficult to get to. North at Tulsa Moving and Handyman Service reached out quickly on my request and worked with me on the time and price of the service. He was able to get the job completed the same day! Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and high quality work. He provided all necessary repair materials (with no change in price that was estimated at the beginning) and worked for hours until the job was done. He also vacuumed and cleaned any area he worked in so we were not left with any mess. Highly recommend and will definitely be using this service in the future!

I recently bought a home and needed lots of help with furniture deliveries and assembly. A church member recommended North’s handyman and moving service. He was a lifesaver and really helped me bring my home to life in no time! He’s built my breakfast table, mounted a television, built a wine rack, picked up and delivered a huge arm chair, hung up photos and curtains and that’s just a few of the tasks. Any time I need deliveries or have home improvement projects, he’s my go-to guy. He’s super professional, reliable, shows up on time and works quickly. I offer discounts on multiple day projects, and longer moves. My fees vary depending on the amount of people needed to complete the task in a timely manner. Every project is different, and I would love to speak with you to see how I can be of assistance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to get an overall idea of the customer's goals with their project. I am open to receiving photos and/or videos in advance if it will help communicate what you'd like done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Job Corps where I studied home and building maintenance. I've been a carpenter for over 20 years doing painting, framing wooden structures, woodwork, and more.
