Even though I am a paralegal, I also offer Administrative Services and have ran two virtual offices for Entrepreneurs. I keep up with modern technology and am an excellent researcher.

For attorneys Draft correspondence,Transcription Services. Legal research Deposition summarization Pleadings, Motions & Responses,Trial Documents and Notebooks,Medical Record ,Analysis and Chronology Exhibit Preparation and Notary Public just to name a few For small businesses and/or sole proprietors Maintain Calendar and schedules,Communicate with Vendors, Assist with CRM, Cloud and Journal systems, Prepare presentations for investors, Keep expense reports up to date, Handle day to day office activities virutally, Transcription, Help with E-book,Data Entry and whatever else may be needed
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
look at their resume. Not just as a virtual assistant but overall. Just because they are a VA doesn't mean they have the skills. And just because they haven't had many jobs as a VA doesn't mean they don't have the skills either.
