• Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

  A. People inspire me, especially those with vivid stories, those who have struggled, those who are deeply passionate about things. I love portray subjects in dramatic and conceptual ways.

• Q. What do you like most about your job?

  A. I get the chance to meet fascinating new people on a daily basis. Especially with editorial assignments, the personalities are vivid. I enjoy the challenge of illustrating their character for the viewer.

• Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  A. Do you do weddings/seniors/families/children?
  I do not take these kinds of projects in order to focus on commercial work. I have many photographer friends who will do a spectacular job, and I'd be happy to refer you.
