About Jenell Fitness for Woman L.L.C.

My name is Jenifer Parquette and I have been a certified fitness trainer since 1997. I started Jenell fitness for women in 2005 and have been very successful. Jenell fitness is a one-on-one fitness training for women, in the comfort and privacy of your own home or business.

I enjoy my work very much. There is nothing that gives me more joy than helping women set and then reach their goals with my assistance. I am certified through ISSA (international Sports and Science association). My certifications are in fitness training, yoga, Pilates and nutrition. Even though I specialize in one-on-one training, I also teach yoga classes, which I enjoy very much.

In all my sessions, I try to utilize not only fitness training but stretching, yoga and Pilates. I only work with women(except yoga classes) because I feel that I can relate to most of the problems or problem areas a woman has, since I am one.

Again, I love my job and love to help others in their journey to reach their personal fitness goals.

    I have had Jenifer as my personal trainer for 6 years. She is very professional and pleasent to be with. When we started I was a size 10 now I am a size 4. I like working with her in my home and not having to go to a heath club. She does all of the excercises with me and always tells me if I am doing them wrong. She is in great shape herself, so she knows how to get others in shape. She is a great yoga instructor also. Jenifer varies our routine so it is never boring!

A. Am I to old to start weight training or exercise? Answer NO, you can only benefit by resistance training and cardio if you have an experienced trainer helping you as to prevent injuries. We all want to be stronger and to look are best inside and out ,so let me help you get started.
