Living overseas following recipes can be challenging because of the limitations of the ingredients and the language barrier. However, Karista has always been a great help giving our family alternative ingredients without altering the quality of the dish. I admire Karista for what she does and her talent. I have always been impressed with her creative recipes, flavors, and clarity in the information. She goes above and beyond with her explanations, and provides great detail. Even inexperienced cooks like myself can succeed with the steps that Karista provides. Honestly, I do not have any recommendations for improvement at this time. Everything I have to say about Karistas site and services are positive comments and compliments. Therefore, I have recommended her site and services to many of my friends overseas who have expressed in several occasions their satisfaction.

I am a very unsure and inexperienced cook but Karista is patient and encouraging and breaks every cooking lesson down into simple steps. She taught me how to pan sear fish, make simple, healthy side dishes and can always help with preparing a fantastic menu for a small dinner party or a large event. She is sweet and kind with an incredible understanding of cooking, menu planning and nutrition. I recommend her unconditionally!

Karista is a wonderful chef whose passion and love for food and her family comes through in every recipe. Her recipes are not only delicious, but they are accessible to those of us who are not gifted with culinary talents. I appreciate that she makes them fun and easy to understand. I have tried several of her recipes and they are always a hit in our house. Karista is great at answering any cooking or recipe questions and is very helpful in providing ideas for meal planning and/or entertaining.

After my wife died I struggled to adjust to maintaining a healthy food routine, having been spoiled by a great cook. Karista Bennett, a friend of my daughter, volunteered to give me some tips on nutrition and meal planning. She brought several reference books, guided me through cooking in my own kitchen, and left me with life-long skills! I will forever be grateful for the excellent help she provided, and I follow her web site regularly.

Karista is my go-to chef and cooking expert! Not only is she creative and knowledgeable about making delicious and healthy food, she's also one of the kindest people I know. She has a passion for food and people. She is just a joy to work with.
She has catered for us (to rave reviews from some tough food critics), given my daughter and her friends cooking lessons, and assisted me with menu planning (for family and company) and managing a food budget. When she moved out of our area, I was devastated, however, I still visit her blog at least weekly for her outstanding, no-fail recipes!
