I am methodical and don't like to give up on a challenging problem. I don't expect my customers to pay for me to learn how to fix an issue i haven't seen before. I'm a penny pincher so that translates into a work ethic that saves my customers money. I love a good challenge, there is nothing better than dancing around my office after I fix an issue that no one else could.

Norm is fantastic! He came to my office on a moment's notice to check out the printer-feed issues that had been driving me nuts. Norm is professional and great. He fixed my computer when another company said I needed a new computer/HD, and new Windows installed and it was actually a simple problem with new software I had installed. He stands behind his work and is very available and he cmes to th home which is also great.

I first contacted Norm regarding my wife's laptop computer, which was not working or responding. Another PC Tech had advised me that it was very badly damaged, and it would cost more to open it up to diagnose than it was worth. I had given up, until I spoke with Norm. Within a few minutes, he had isolated the problem and had the laptop up and running. Now, several months later, the laptop continues to perform perfectly. I recommend Norm to anyone seeking fast, friendly, competent computer or networking solutions at a very fair price.

My husband and I have had the good fortune of receiving Norm's gift of expertise with computers on two occasions now. First, he redeemed the seemingly unfix able in our truly ancient computer. Then, when we were ready, he supplied us with a wonderful upgrade on our other computer. My call to Norm was the best call I made in February. He took a network of computers that was barely functioning and turned them into new machines. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to see that you are satisfied.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    In high school people for some reason just figured that I looked like the sort of guy that could fix their electronics. Soon I was fixing stereo equipment, amps, and various other gadgets and it sorta progressed into computers. I built my first computer out of a box of junk I bought from a friend for $10 and my dads old Packard-Bell Pentium 75 that had been stripped of all its parts but the motherboard and processor. Those were the good ol days.
