Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have a lot of personal experience in getting/keeping healthy as well as the education to support it. During 5 years of studying Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Sacramento State University I have been through classes covering human anatomy, physiology, basic sciences, as well as everything from motor learning to cardiovascular testing. I continue my education all of the time, recently becoming a Lifestyle and Weight Management specialist, and stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and facts.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I am a stay-at-home mom as well, so with limited time away from home, being able to reach a group of women all at once has been a very gratifying experience for me. I have also found that the group training with Adventure Boot Camp has brought each client much more success in weight-loss and other goals over personal training (and is cheaper for them too). It is a double bonus for all!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Question: "I haven't worked out in years and am completely out of shape - am I going to be ok in your class?"
Answer: "You are going to do great! 90% of the women who start camp for the first time have been in your shoes. This camp is designed so everyone is challenged at their own fitness level. I always give easier and harder alternates for each exercise, so you can pick which will give YOU the best workout. I also watch each person closely and can tell who is ready to move up to the next level for a little more challenge (and also when a person is trying to do something a little too challenging). You can go at your own pace and get the results you want.
