We realized that December is an especially busy season for the electrician no one returned our request. Electric Norm, Inc was also in high demand, but they responded to our request immediately. Electric Norm, Inc is responsive, punctual, efficient, and their customer service is top-notch. Devon was on time, he was friendly, knowledgeable, provided clear options, professional, great to work with. We have several issues but he was determined to help us, and fix and solved all issues. And he installs two of our new light fixture. Thanks for his patience and his aesthetic eye, two of the light fixture set the just-right position, now our room looks awesome! Thank you so much for your professionalism and great work!

Devon was great to work with. Our house was built in 1948 and the homeowner before us thought they knew how to do electrical work. It was a mess sorting through wires trying to trouble shoot the issue. I’m sure most electricians would walk away but he was determined to help and get the job done. Hours later we have a working NEST doorbell, doorbell chime, and a LED compatible dimmer switch installed. I would recommend Devon all day everyday.

Devon was on time, provided clear options, has a great work aesthetic, and is a strong communicator. It was more expensive than we thought it would be, but it was worth it. (We also came to realize, after he uncovered the previous electrician’s work, that we were glad he was there to do it right this time). 👍

We provide up-front all inclusive pricing that has all our time and material included in the job. We offer 10% discount for Military and Senior.

We meet with you and hear what your issue is and what you want. We provide a quote for the requests. If you agree to the investment we typically can perform the services you desire at this first visit.
