Ark Pressure Washing & Const. is the only company I will hire to complete remodeling and various maintenance projects around my house and rental properties. They have replaced windows in numerous rental properties that I own, interior painting and dry rot repair. They clean up after themselves, are professional and polite. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks guys!!

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We have completed a fair amount of bathroom remodels and interior/exterior painting. As a General Contractor we do a large variety of construction work. That is one of the main reasons I love what I do.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure the contractor is licensed and insured for the work he or she will be doing. A lot of contractors out there have licenses, but not specific for the type of work they will be doing. This basically means if something goes wrong their insurance won’t cover it (ouch).

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We truly believe in what we do. When we love what we do our passion shows in our work. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and making our customers happy.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting new people and creating a beautiful home for their entire family to enjoy, taking something old or outdated and making what your customers dreamed could be possible.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much is this going to cost me?
I always say, "It depends on the quality of work you are looking for!"

Have you done this type of work before?
I always says, " I am a General Contractor because of my knowledge and expertise in all aspects of construction. I have over 20 years of experience."
