- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At A TO Z HVAC we are reasonably priced. When it comes to cost there are no surprises. We let you know our diagnostic findings right away, so you know the repair cost before we make repairs or order parts for your equipment. Discounts are also available for the military, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to gather as much information as possible on the phone - which helps to save you money in diagnostic service fees. The more we know about the health of your system the more knowledgeable we are when arrive at your residence. As soon as we have completed our diagnostic review we let you know our findings and the cost of the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At A TO Z HVAC we believe in formal education and on going training. Our service techs keep their training and education up to date through formal education and hands on vendor training.
