- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the phone conversation, we like to get to know the customer and determine their needs in depth. If the Client is preparing to Purchase a home we welcome them meet us at our office to go over specifics of what they want and need in their next home. If the Client is considering selling their home, we schedule a meeting at their house to walk the home, talk about it's features, any upgrades, and talk about what marketing and resources we will use to sell the house for them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Selling of unique Homes, Custom Houses, Flag Lots. Home that require a very specific Buyer for a individual style of a house. We have facilitated a great number of transactions where we represent a Family Trust, Aging Parents, and High Profile Properties and/or Owners.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a Realtor, make sure everything is in writing. The more questions you ask, the better informed you will be about the Realtor; his/her work practices, level of communication, and is that person trying to achieve the same outcome as you are? Many Real Estates Agent use a List it an Forget it type of business model. Place a sign, put it in the MLS, and hold an open house... too few steps to bring in qualified Buyer in a reasonable amount of time.
