- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that I get hired for are weddings and quinceaneras. Although I do get hired for everything in between; photo-shoots, Halloween or costume parties, prom, bachelorette parties and all other events which may call for a makeup artist. :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what you're looking for. This is your special event, your day to feel like a Queen! For example, if you want your makeup to look like a 1920's pinup, then ask the artist if they specialize in that look and ask for pictures of their work. Don't feel like you're asking for too much or asking too many questions, you may end up looking like an 80's pop star instead! :) Book a trial run before your big day to meet the artist and get a visual of what your makeup will look like the day of. If you don't like it, you can change the look or go with a different artist, then you don't have to deal with it the day of your event.
