- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible based on event duration, topic and location. Happy to negotiate discounts for multiple engagements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by meeting in person (or with a call if the distance is greater than 20 miles or so) to make introductions and find out about you, as the coordinator of the event, and the organization's needs and process so that we can map out the best plan possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Bachelor's degree is in Physics, and I use my background to develop science-backed and vetted programming both in wellness, well-being, employee engagement and intentional workplace culture development. I also have over fifteen years experience in the corporate world in sales, business development, finance and operations. I bring together my training as a scientist, experience owning and running businesses, and expertise gained in a high performance corporate environment to develop innovative workplace culture and individual change programs that result in greater performance, health and happiness. I also hold the following professional certifications: Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, National Wellness Institute Certified Wellness Coach, Mayo Clinic Certified Meditation Instructor, The Chopra Center Certified Personal Trainer, NASM National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, ICHWC
