Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Pressure Washing is a misnomer! A good Pressure washer will view himself as a "cleaner", using years of experience to choose the right soaps, equipment, and strategies to clean surfaces with as little "Pressure" as possible. This cost less for the customer, and protects their property from damage.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We use a two stage cleaning process that not only cleans surfaces better, but helps keep moss and mold from regrowing as fast!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The happy customer. The one who thought their house would look only somewhat better. After were done they exclaim... "The driveway looks brand new!" and "We don't have to re-paint the house after all!" and my favorite "My roof looks like new, I thought it was worn out not dirty!"

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Should I Pressure Wash My Asphalt Roof?
No.
Pressure washing a composition or Asphalt roof will lead to premature shingle failure, and void most manufactures warranty. We use only a 3 stage cleaner that make the roof shine, and uses no pressure at all.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We were referred to an elderly customer who needed to get her very neglected house ready for market. We gave her an estimate on Roof leaning, Driveway cleaning, and Siding wash. The price was less than she had expected, and we were able to bundle her service at a discount. Once the work was complete, the house glowed, and the curb appeal went way up. The house sold in its first week on the market for asking price in a down house market. She was thrilled! And so were we!
