- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed property manager, I am required by the state to do 30 hours of continuing education before being re-licensed. I am happy to do this and anything else to learn more about how to do my job even better so that I can get the most out of your property for you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My job is to make sure that you don't have tenants calling you at all hours and coming to your residence or even your place of work bothering you. My job is to do that for you so they have a specific address to send the rent, a specific phone number and email to use for services and that they will be taken care of as quickly as possible. My job is to take this off your hands so you can concentrate on your life.
