- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time I will recommend a pre-inspection. This is a walk through of the space. That way I can give a more accurate quote and also show the customer some of the stain areas that need to be targeted. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife convinced me to get carpet. After having the carpet installed, I then started to worry about my carpet staying clean. My dogs and kids were always challenging this boundary. I quickly had to find an organic, safe method for cleaning my carpet. My kids would tease me, calling me the carpet defender. Superheroes are prevalent in our house. I started to enjoy carpet cleaning and, because of that, decided to enter the business professionally.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers who also have pets and children like us. We have unique equipment for the industry which allows a closed-door service if the customer is interested. This eliminates the need of a door guard. Door guards are to keep heat and air conditioning in and pests and cold air out.
