Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I think I would want to know something about my subcontractors being used, who are they, how long have they been around, and my answer would be as long as I have, for these subs I use have been around and have worked for many of the same high end builder i did, builders either use all great subs or all garbage, that is the difference. We use great subs!!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out because I am obsessed with being the best!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like to work with clients and building there and my dream homes, or remodels, And I rely like when people rave about my quality and finish of ther home, and how clean and perfect it is, ther is nothing better than that gloating feeling, I eat it up
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common question is how much does it cost? And I ask that you alow me to meet you and see your project,measure it up, this alows you to evaluate me, and give you a solid price, Estamates are alway fast and free!
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. The lates news is the price of lots, all have lowered by atleast 100k, but what people think is that there not at bottom yet, but I think they are and what I see is that the best lots are slowly but shurly being picked off, so I say move forward and dont wait, you will blink and they will all be gone!
