The 2 movers were professional, polite, and efficient. They didn't arrive until almost 0930 but were able to complete in 6+ hours.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do plenty of research on the carrier you wish to hire. Moving is a strictly regulated industry and carriers have to be licensed and insured in order to provide this type of service. Check with the Oregon Department of Transportation or the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Department to make sure the company you are interested in is properly licensed. Check the Better Business Bureau or Angie's List for customer reviews.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There are so many illegal movers out there and carriers that do not care about customer service. Take the time to do your homework on the carrier you wish to hire. Hiring a properly licensed mover will give you peace of mind knowing they have insurance as well. Checking feedback on the carrier will let you know if other customers have been happy with the services they have received.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you "properly" licensed to provide these types of services to me? Are you "properly" insured? Have all of your employees passed background checks? Do you have references from past clients?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Household moving is strictly regulated and all moving companies providing this type of service must be properly licensed to do so. There are numerous reasons for hiring a properly licensed carrier. We have to carry minimum state insurance, have background checks performed on our employees as well as many other requirements. Clients should check out the "Guide to Moving" on the Oregon Department of Transportation website. This document will provide you with your rights and responsibilities. This website will provide you with very important information you should know before hiring your moving company.

A. Customer service has become horrible among service related companies. I love the fact that customer service with our company stands out from the moment you make your first call to inquire about our services. I am the first person you will talk to when you contact my company. I enjoy working with clients everyday and educating them about this industry so when they make the decision to hire a moving company, it is an educated decision.
