Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am outgoing, and I get to know my clients. I want their personalities to shine in their pictures - for them to be who they truly are. I want them to say "WOW" when they receive their images.
I believe my passion for photography is what makes me a good business owner. I do not watch the clock like a hawk, I charge by the job. I do not count images, I give my client every image I think is beautiful. And most importantly my photo shoots are FUN!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Where do I begin? Photography is my creative outlet - on shoot and while editing. There's nothing better than staring at a bunch of beautiful happy faces every day. I also love meeting new people, which is why this job is perfect for me:)

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Hmmmmm....the Q I am probably asked the most is: How long have I been doing this and what made me start a photography business?

A: I have loved photography since I was a high school junior in the dark room. I was able to be one of the first students at AHS to do an "advanced photography" class for credit and I was also able to do my work study helping teach photography. From there on, I began working in photo labs for Fuji film, and then Kodak for over 4 years. I did lose track of photography for a few years while I was busy finishing my Bachelors Degree in Child Psychology, but after I finished I found myself still dreaming of it. I said goodbye film, purchased a new DSLR, put an ad on craigslist, found a professional photographer to intern with, and viola!!! I couldn't be more grateful for how successful I have been so far, and really, my wonderful clients have played a huge role in that!
