I'm Dani Mouser of dani photography. Although I am based out of Dallas, Oregon, I love to travel our beautiful state. I'm available all throughout Oregon.
Photography found me while I was studying graphic design in college. As soon as I picked up the camera, it just felt right. In a few short years since then, I have received a handful of photography awards, and have shown my pieces in local galleries. I really enjoy all styles of photography, and am comfortable shooting everything, from natural light to complex studio setups, inside the studio or outside in nature. I shoot with small wireless speedlights, so my entire studio can be packed up and taken anywhere! I love to use these lights to accentuate the natural light.
I encourage you to visit my website to view samples of my work. Then visit my the 'about' page to see what my clients have to say about their experiences!

I had the best time shooting my senior portraits with Dani. It was a wonderful experience bouncing ideas off of her and being able to really capture my personality in just a few pictures. She's really talented at what she does, and I don't have a negative thing to say about her. Dani's flexible, tons of fun to shoot with, and absolutely one of the most pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure of associating with. I definitely recommend Dani to anybody looking to get professional photography for anything, because along with everything else, she's versatile. Hoping to get more pictures done with her sometime very soon!

Dani was the first person I contacted when I got engaged. I knew long before that I had wanted her to take my wedding photos. She capture every detail of my wedding so that I could remember it forever. Her pictures are amazingly beautiful and really brought out the personalities of my husband and I and also our families. She had wounderful ideas when I had no clue in what to do. It is obvious in her pictures that she loves her job. Thanks again Dani!!!

A. There are a huge amount of photographers on the market. It's important to select which one is right for you and your needs.
A quality professional photographer should have a long list of happy clients, as well as a robust online portfolio showcasing their work. I highly recommend looking closely at their portfolio. Do you connect with their style? Do they show a range of skills? Does their website show many different clients in their photos, or only a few? And lastly, read their customer reviews!
A. I love that each shoot is totally a unique experience. I really enjoy working with each client to find out about their individual style, then work with them to determine what style we'll shoot in, or a location that has special meaning to them, or a way to bring out their personality! Everybody is different, and it keeps my job fresh and fun.
A. Photography found me while I was studying Visual Communications and Graphic Design. Ever since I picked up a camera, it just felt right. I went on to earn a 4.0 degree in Visual Communications, then launched my business. I stay up to date on my skills a number of ways:
I practice, practice, practice. Each time I get a new piece of equipment, or want to learn a new style or technique, I practice until I'm satisfied with the result.
I love reading inspiring photography blogs! There are so many amazing photographers out there, and the photography community is so friendly and open to sharing techniques. In this way, I learn from the best of the best.
I attend workshops and photography meetups, to hone my skills, and see how others work. I know my own workflow, but I often learn from working with friends, and seeing their different perspectives.
