At $35/hr residential and $45/hr commercial, my prices are beyond competitive. I treat each of my clients as those I desire to have as clients and friends for a lifetime. I thoroughly enjoy my job and solving the issues that my clients face with their computers. Solving the issues that have made my clients' computers less than productive for them is number one for me. As I tackle each obstacle and complete each setup, and then see how pleased they are with their computer's performance, it makes all the challenges worth while.

I am connected to many technical forums and am constantly developing insights and knowledge to increase my effectiveness in computer repair.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Because viruses are such a plague I am often asked to resolve these for clients and I have great tools to do so. Installing printers, programs, and setting up home wireless networks are common requests too.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your best to discern your technician's integrity. Talk to them before you invite them into your home, and take enough time to ask questions that will help you get a sense of their experience, knowledge, and honesty.
