Hi, my name is Tom Sparks.
My hourly onsite fee for Residential Clients is $23/hr, and for small business clients it is $30/hr.
I have 25+ years of experience working with computers, and I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients and their computers.
Most fixes take place inside 2 hours - just $46 or less.
That is a pretty good value these days.
If it is going to take longer we can discuss options and some reduced flat fees.
Examples of how I might help -
*Speed up your sluggish computer
*Software installation
*Resolve Windows software errors
*Remove viruses and malware
*Installation of computer enhancing software
*Email setup
*Update Windows Operating system to full potential
*Backup your data or retrieve lost data
*Laptop or Desktop Motherboard repair
*Wireless Network and Printer setup
*Install new computer RAM memory, a hard drive, or a CD/DVD drive
*Printer and webcam setup
*Software configuration for optimal performance
*Remove space wasting programs that slow your system
*Rebuild your entire operating system
*Video Email setup, Skype and Yahoo video setup
*Personal computer training
Many technicians encountering viruses rush to rebuild your entire system, and charge a large flat fee to do so.
I am continually studying methods of removing viruses and malware short of such a radical rebuild procedure, and I have had good success.
If it turns out the virus is too complex or hidden within system files then we can talk about a full rebuild at a reasonble flat fee, but often within 2 hours I am successful at removing the problem and getting you back up and going again - virus free, and with several free virus protection software programs installed.
I would be happy to help you set up your email program, word processor, configure your picture applications, video solutions, and many other applications.
Would you just like to have someone take some patient time to teach you how to get more from your computer, work with various programs, etc., I have been a teacher by profession so spending time training you would be my pleasure.
A word about backing up your files before anyone works on your computer: I highly recommend you first backup all the files you would not want to lose on to USB Flash Drive memory sticks. They are cheap, easy to use, and a safe place to keep your files.
Upgrading your RAM memory or hard drive is not near as expensive as most anticipate. Call for prices and options.
Times are tough for everyone, so I have made my hourly service rate of $23 per hour an especially reasonable rate to provide an affordable service that helps many folks get their computers running properly without going broke to do it. I do have a one hour minimum charge of $23.
Too often service oriented folks tell you they will come, or that they will be there at a certain time, and either do not show up or are late and ruin your schedule. I promise to respect your time and be there as promised.
If traffic holds me up you can count on a call to update you.
I will make it easy and come to you, and will schedule my visit around hours that are most convenient for you, or if you prefer you are welcome to bring it to my home office in Eagle Creek.
Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. At $23/hr residential and $30/hr commercial, my prices are beyond competitive. I treat each of my clients as those I desire to have as clients for a lifetime. I thoroughly enjoy my job and solving the issues that my clients face with their computers.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Solving the issues that have made my client's computers less than productive for them is number one for me. As I tackle each obstacle and complete each setup, when I see how pleased they are with their computer's performance it makes all the challenges worth while.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How do I avoid these viruses??? I install some very special software that prevent the virus attackers getting through to their system.
Why are your fees as low as they are? Because our country is going through a very tough time, and I want to provide a great service at a great price, and in the process I keep busy and prospered.
Q. Write your own question and answer it.
A. How long have you been doing this kind of work? 25+ years.
