I am connected to many technical forums and am constantly developing insights and knowledge to increase my effectiveness in computer repair.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Because viruses are such a plague I am often asked to resolve these for clients and I have great tools to do so. Installing printers, programs, and setting up home wireless networks are common requests too.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your best to discern your technician's integrity. Talk to them before you invite them into your home, and take enough time to ask questions that will help you get a sense of their experience, knowledge, and honesty.
