- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We catered a wedding and reception at the Overlook House. We were hired to set up the wedding - then set up the reception, while the guests went to the front of the venue for appitizers. We served a Prime Rib buffet with a Fajita bar. The logistics of the event required a lot of detailed planning and our staff worked very diligently to make sure everything was perfect.
