One of the most unreliable cleaning ladies (Tiffany) we have ever used for our home. She would cancel our appointments at 4-5am the same day of scheduled services. She also left many chores undone despite being left a to-do list. She threw away the base to our electric trash can and an expensive bottle of hair product as well. Glass surfaces and chrome were wiped with ineffective cleaning products leaving smears and streaks. But worst of all; she would bring additional people in my home with out my consent to help. We never knew who she would bring nor if they had a clean criminal record. I highly doubt this business is licensed, bonded and insured. If youre looking for cleaning services I highly recommend literally anyone else in town.Lastly she is a cigarette smoker and the smell would linger in my home for multiple days after she had left.
