Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask as many questions as you want. Never be afraid of the provider. We are there to work for you not the other way around!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. One of the key reasons that customers have to use our services is the lack of electronics knowledge. Having a basic understanding of the electronics will allow anyone to solve many of the problems they end up paying alot for.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work is superior to our competitors because we take incredible pride in what we do. We never leave a job unfinished and always seek to make our customers happy. We go above and beyond the call of duty every day.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. All of our technicians are required to take at least 10 hours of continuing education in their fields of practice. We also offer financial assistance to our employees to help them train for and acquire new certifications.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We recently implemented a custom SMS Gateway Webservice for a client who conducts Behavioral Research Studies. The system cost $5,000.00, which included the cost of their new GSM Modem, and took a total of 80 hours.
