Olivia is amazing!!! She made the whole wedding planning process so streamlined and easy. As a person with anxiety, I was STRESSING about getting everything ready for the wedding. Then along came Olivia and she made everything feel comfortable and taken care of. She ran our wedding rehearsal so well, totally felt like she had everything under control. Then the day of the wedding! She was so helpful and so kind, calm and collected while still being positive and upbeat. The day was perfect, and she kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured we got everything we wanted out of our wedding. If you have the chance to work with Olivia to coordinate your event, you should 100% do it, you won’t regret it.

We didn’t think we needed a Wedding Coordinator and then we met Olivia. She took all the stress out of the day with little effort from us. She made the floor plan (in a way that was different from what we had thought about and worked 100 times better!), coordinated with all of our vendors, and stayed after we left the reception to get things organized for our clean up the next day. The questions she asked us helped us think through every detail and we felt completely prepared for the day. People talk about how one thing will go wrong on your wedding day but it was absolutely perfect and we attribute all the success to Olivia. On top of her quality of work, Olivia has an ability to make you immediately comfortable. As a queer couple, we were thoughtful to pick vendors that treated us with respect. Olivia was so kind and so welcoming that she made us feel at ease during planning and the day of and was also incredibly sweet to our 8 year old. We got married a month ago and are still riding the high of a wonderful day. We will always be singing Olivia’s praises.

Olivia helped my brother and sister in law plan, organize, and execute their mostly DIY wedding. From the moment Olivia was hired, the things I heard about her from my SIL were all so positive, and my SIL is not an easy one to please. I met Olivia at the wedding rehearsal where he immediately impressed me. She had a spreadsheet of the entire wedding party and knew everyone’s names and dress colors so she could help keep things organized. (There were 14 of us not including the bride and groom or family!) She led our large and rowdy crew through several run throughs and got us out of there in record time so we could enjoy dinner. She was there bright and early for the wedding day prep and helped out all day right through the ceremony and even through the after party! She even showed up in a color coordinated outfit which I thought was so thoughtful. She really seemed like one of the family rather than a coordinator; everyone loved her. A few of the groomsmen are getting married next year and they made sure to get her info. One big take-home, wow moment was that she learned how to tie a bow tie on the fly so the officiant (in addition to being the best friend to the bride) could have his yellow bow tie on for the photos. In addition, at the end of the night she went above and beyond to help us. Needless to say, this woman is an amazing multi tasker, organized, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Olivia’s presence at my brother and SIL’s wedding was invaluable and so appreciated.

And a past life I was a wedding, DJ and Emcee. I’ve worked on large scale events that took place at five star resorts and backyard weddings. Out of over 900 weddings and events I’ve been a part of I have to say that Olivia is one of the best coordinators I have come across. She was absolutely delightful to work with super kind made space for all of the vendors. She is extremely collaborative, knowledgeable, kind. Olivia has all of the best qualities of an event coordinator. I was very fortunate to be able to see her in action on this recent wedding that I officiated and was the emcee for. Olivia was phenomenal and went above and beyond for my wedding well before the big day. We had almost weekly calls lasting an hour on average. She brought up things I never would have thought of and was very organized. She executed beautifully the day of and my now Husband agreed entirely even though he had very little idea how much work we both had put in. Highly recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my packages include in-depth consultations and unlimited email access to me during your wedding planning journey. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did a "deep dive" into planning my own wedding, and hired a friend to act as day-of coordinator. On my wedding day I handed her my cell phone and a binder with the layout map, timeline, parking map, vendor details, etc and said "good luck!" I spent the rest of the day completely immersed in the moment, soaking up my guests and family, laughing at the speeches, and dancing the night away my new husband. My friend did an amazing job of coordinating my wedding, and she told me it was because I'd set her up for success. That's my dream for every couple: that you'll have someone confident and kind handling all the details so that you can truly enjoy your special day. I've been that person for a handful of couples now, and I'd love to be there to support you, too!
What types of customers have you worked with?
No matter what the budget is, I'm determined for each client to have a beautiful event that feels special and unique to them, even if that means we need to get creative and think outside the box. (As the daughter of an accountant, I want my clients to know: I respect the budget!). I find myself most drawn to couples who've been together for many years, and are finally ready to party with their favorite people!
