Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do some research and be sure of what it is you are looking for. Communication is key and to get quality services the professional has to know what is the problem is in order to come up with a creative solution. To go into the process with a firm understanding of what you need to get out of the experience, better quality work can then be achieved.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Graphic Design is important to all businesses and services and it doesn't happen over night. Sometimes the process can seem lengthy, good design is worth the wait. Also, if you have any reservations about the route the designer is taking on your project be sure to discuss this with the designer early on.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What are your services and what makes you better than your competitors? Do you have special services that others do not offer? How does your billing work? What's your definition of customer service?
