* Deck maintenance and repair: clean, strip, brighten, sand, stain and anything else it may need to look its best
* Fleet Cleaning: semi trucks, trailers, vans, etc

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Never underestimate the value of experience. Hiring an experienced pressure washer can save you time, money, and many headaches.
Almost equally important is communication. You must be comfortable expressing your expectations and know they are receptive to what you are saying.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Probably 80% of our customers own their own pressure washer. What takes them a week to clean, may only take us a couple of hours. It's all about having the right equipment to get the job done efficiently with less effort.

A. Is pressure washing a safe and effective method for cleaning (fill in the blank)?
How long have you been pressure washing?
Do your machines have adjustable pressure?
Do you have general liability insurance?
Do you carry worker's compensation insurance?
How long have you been in business?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Is this a project that any body should be able to do regardless of experience?
Does this project require a level of expertise beyond the average person?
How much am I willing to pay to guarantee this work is done right?
What payment options are available to me?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our attention to detail. This shows in more than just what we are cleaning. It also shows in how well we clean up around us. We really pride ourselves on doing a great clean up before we leave. For example, a roof cleaning involves cleaning the roof, gutters, rinsing any debris that gets on siding or windows, cleaning up everything below, such as decks, walkways, and other impermeable surfaces.
