A. The most common types of jobs are Remodels bathrooms, kitchens, interior restoration & exterior roofing, siding , painting.
New construction is another common type , new houses, garages, additions, apartments, lg. scale structures

A. Ask information like are you Licensed, are you Qualified, Experienced, do you have references? Are you dependable , honest , hard working ?

A. Are you Qualified , Do you have the proper Licensed credentials , How long have you been in Business ?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Is he Experienced, Does he have have a current License, bond is he insured? What kind of work does he do ? Is he qualified ?

A. Our work we do is top quality , We do the the work right the first time! We use quality materials no short cuts

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like my independence , I enjoy working with people and helping people fix their lives. I like to take pride in giving all our customers top quality work and give them a fair price for the work we do .

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have always liked making things new again, like remodeling a home ! My father was a professional builder and maintenance man , my brother a professional painter so I was always involved on some project with them.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We recently remodeled a vacant older house with major structural problems inside & out , we remodeled this house inside & out in 3 1/2 months winter to spring.
New everything inside custom kitchen, bathrooms, flooring
new wring, plumbing , drywall , paint , siding, windows roof , new composite decks. It's a older home made brand new !

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes we do ,we take offered classes required by the Construction Contractors Board to better ourselves
in the construction field. There are various venders who offer free classes that you get credit for with the CCB .

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We just remodeled a bathroom shower , removed a 6 ft. acrylic shower , installed a new custom 12' tile shower with tiled shower pan and curb , we reinforced inner walls with 2x8 for grab bars . We installed new oil bronzed valve , shower head, all new plumbing , cost was about $5300.00 and it was finished in about 10 days

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Make sure you have experience , do quality work , have the right tools for the profession. Have a current contractors license, bond , insurance , and be able to market yourself in the business.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. My greatest strength is public relations knowing how to talk with people , listen to our clients what their needs are and to work with my sub contractors to make sure my projects are completed in a timely manner.
