- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my services differentiate between standard cleanings, deep cleanings, the size of the house, and the number of rooms it may have. Total costs are always discussed prior to scheduling a cleaning appointment. I do have a cancelation policy for cleanings that are canceled within the first 48 hours of scheduled appointments. The cancelation fee is 25% of the estimated cleaning and is due upon notification of cancellation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For starters I always schedule free on site estimates with potential customers so that we are all on the same page when it comes to expectations. It also helps us get to know each other prior and sets the standard for the first visit/cleaning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Throughout my years of cleaning I have worked for a wide variety of different clients. From homes with pets, without pets, with children and without. I have done cleanings for airbnb's and for rental properties. I have done cleanings of empty homes (Move out/Move in) cleanings.
