Youth Transition Program

Introduction: I help students and youth find work to help with their future goals. I work with students in an out of school find jobs they are interested in to help them fit to their own goals for their future. I can help students get ready for college, get ready for the armed forces, or just find a job that they are most interested in. I help students study for their driver's license, get good grades in school, working in the school based business to teach them skills for when they do make that next step for work. I help students reach some of their main goals for their future. I do individualized planning, teaching independent living skills, personal social skills, my main emphasis is on paid employment, I help with any help services that the student may need and I support and follow up on each successful job placement.
