Mark Hasting was very helpful. He clearly explained how to fix the problems we were having with our router, computer and other items that use the router's wireless signals. He did the actual fixing but now we will be able to help ourselves next time because we understand.
He was very courteous and listened carefully to our problems.
We will definitely be calling on him in the future for any computer problems.

Mark was very prompt at communicating and scheduling an on-site visit for one of my remote users. He knew exactly what he was doing and even helped beyond the initial scope of the call to setup some hardware that enabled me to have much better network communication with the remote user. I would highly recommend Mark for you computing needs.
