You need to talk to your customers; I am not a mind reader. You should not have accepted the job if you were not willing to clean my house for the price we agreed to. The job you did was marginal and I certainly would not pay more than I did given the service you provided.

You texted me last night and I just replied. I do not work on Saturdays due to religion which you do not respect. I'm not sure where this came from.
