Steve showed up on time and diagnosed the problems with my computer very quickly. He came well prepared to do battle with the Beast that my computer had become. He explained just what he was fixing (although much of it went over my head). Steve was the consummate professional and it wasn't too long that I had the "Smoking Fast" computer I originally bought back again. I would unequivocally recommend Steve's PC Repair service to anyone and everyone who has PC problems..... You will be thanking Steve for a wonderful job and be thrilled with the cost compared to other services..... Excellent computer tech. Cannot say enough about the work Steve performed. He hit the ground running. He was thoroughly familiar with both our computers (2) and printers (2) ... and quickly/efficiently brought our software and malware up to date. Both printers were down due to software and ink and inkjet issues ... Steve was able to get both back on line within an hour. I have every confidence in Steve's ability to handle any/all of our computer needs in the future. Thanks, Steve.

My partners and I have hired Steve several times to come to our law firm's office and fix some of our office computers and personal laptops. In one case, I was ready to throw my personal laptop away, but Steve fixed it so I am enjoying several years of additional use out of the machine. Steve provides great service. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't think I will ever stop myself from learning new things. I am always reading and teaching myself new things in life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
It is really a bit different with each case. The problem that people come to me the most about would be that their computer is running too slowly and that they want me to speed it up for them. Usually this can be done with software changes alone but sometimes it requires a hardware purchase.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It really is hard to pick "the right one" when it comes to repairing a computer. If a person or company feels right then likely it is, so go for it. If a person or company is not willing to work with you then don't do it.
